Joined the local GAA club, St.Mary’s in Carrick on Shannon, at the age of 11. Played at many levels and also won various titles with the St.Mary’s ladies GAA team. Also played for Carrick Community School GAA team throughout my years in secondary school. Tried my hand at rugby for the first time in 2011. After an enjoyable first training session, I joined the NUI Galway Ladies Rugby club for the season 2011/2012. Joined the Carrick Ladies Rugby club in 2015. Not only was this an enjoyable experience on the pitch, but I also got the opportunity to meet a fantastic bunch of friends. Looking forward to many more years with a wonderful group of teammates and coaches!
